Each artwork is processed with the utmost care and attention to detail. It is extremely important to me that all my customers are 100% happy with their artworks.

RETURNS

Original artwork can be returned (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.

Prints are made to order in your chosen size (and frame) therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.

All U.S. and Canada print orders are fulfilled by a U.S. fine art print company (as such no customs duties or taxes will be incurred).

Please allow 5-7 days for unframed U.S. prints, 7-10 days if you are requesting the artwork comes with a bespoke frame.

DELIVERY:

For UK and EU orders:

Originals - please allow 5 business days for me to sign and varnish your piece and prepare it for safe shipping.

Unframed prints - please allow 5-7 days for shipping as your print is hand made to order.

Framed prints - please allow 10-14 days for your print to be hand made and sent to our bespoke framers for finishing.

Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

All unframed paper and canvas prints come wrapped in tissue paper and safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube (or flat-lay if mini prints).

All framed prints come wrapped in tissue paper, with layers of protective packaging before being boxed. Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition ready for you to hang.

Original artwork is signed and packaged in the same way as framed prints but also includes a certificate of authenticity.

Please be rest assured — my prints are not cheap reproductions and we have taken considerable effort to refine the printing techniques that truly honour the colours, textures and softness of my originals.

All UK and EU print orders are now hand-produced here in the UK. Every print is carefully colour-profiled and produced using premium giclée printing, giving beautifully accurate, long-lasting reproductions (100+ years with the right care).

For US and Canada orders, your prints are produced on premium fine art paper with bespoke framing options by a specialist fine art printer I’ve personally selected. This means faster delivery, no customs delays, and the same beautiful quality.

In the extremely rare event that your artwork doesn't arrive in perfect condition, I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.
