Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your art. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on:

  • Canvas prints (framed and unframed)
  • Unframed paper prints
  • Original paintings

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on framed paper prints due to their delicate nature.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

For canvas prints and unframed paper prints: The buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance costs.

Important: Please do not send your purchase directly back to the printer, framer, or manufacturer listed on your shipping label. Returns must be sent to the address we provide, or we cannot guarantee safe receipt of your item.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@samtaylorart.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds

If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Free gifts: If you received a free gift with purchase and are returning the qualifying item, you'll need to return the free gift as well. Otherwise, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

We package all orders with extreme care, so damages are very rare. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  2. Inform the courier and take photos of the damage, including the packaging
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at info@samtaylorart.co.uk

We'll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. Please note: damage claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Framed paper prints
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom/bespoke orders (special sizes, personalised pieces, made-to-order items)
  • Gift cards
  • Trade orders (including items purchased with trade discount)

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return your original item (following the process above)
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like

This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.
